Three Persita players called up to the national team for the June 2026 FIFA Matchday, representing Indonesia to Equatorial Guinea.
TANGERANGNEWS.com- Persita Tangerang has released several of its players for international duty during the FIFA Matchday in June 2026.
In total, three Persita players have been called up to represent their respective national teams.
The first name is Pablo Ganet, who has again been trusted to play for the Equatorial Guinea national team. The call-up was announced directly through the official Persita account.
“Pablo Ganet has received a call-up from the Equatorial Guinea national team for the FIFA Matchday in June 2026,” Persita wrote.
Equatorial Guinea is scheduled to play two friendly matches against Burundi on June 4 and Comoros on June 9, 2026, in Marrakech, Morocco.
Burundi previously faced the Indonesian national team in a friendly match in 2023. At that time, Indonesia won 3-1 in the first match at Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, before drawing 2-2 in the second match.
It is known that Pablo Ganet is not a new name in the Equatorial Guinea squad. The midfielder, born in Malaga, has recorded 58 appearances for the national team, scoring six goals.
Besides Ganet, Tamirlan Kozubaev has also received an international call-up for the Kyrgyzstan national team.
“Tamirlan Kozubaev has received a call-up from the Kyrgyzstan national team for the FIFA Matchday period in June 2026,” Persita wrote.
Kyrgyzstan will compete in the Three Nations Cup and face Kenya on June 3 and Palestine on June 9 in Bishkek.
Meanwhile, Hokky Caraka has been included in the provisional squad of the Indonesian national team for preparations for the Garuda Championship Series.
