The construction materials retail network under PT Mitra Baja Cemerlang (MBC), Mitra Besi Baja (MBB), has officially opened its second branch in Serpong, South Tangerang City.

This expansion step is not without reason. The Tangerang area and its surroundings, particularly Serpong, are considered to have great potential for the rapidly growing property and infrastructure sector.

The Commercial General Manager of Mitra Besi Baja stated that the opening of the Serpong branch is part of the company’s development plan, following its previous presence in Sukabumi, West Java.

MBB provides a variety of products, ranging from construction iron and steel, light steel frames and structures, to roofing, wall, and ceiling products, as well as flooring such as ceramics and granite.

In addition, MBB also offers construction fasteners and accessories, as well as sanitation and plumbing equipment.

“With a complete product line and an efficient distribution system, MBB is designed to be a solution for material needs for small to large-scale construction projects,” the manager explained.

According to the manager, the Serpong area has significant growth potential, particularly in the construction and area development sectors.

MBB Serpong comes with facilities designed to support customer comfort and needs, from product display areas to an integrated service system.

“Through MBB Serpong, we aim to provide easier access to quality iron and steel products, supported by professional service and a more efficient distribution system,” the manager added.

The manager hopes that the presence of this branch can become a strategic partner for contractors, developers, and construction businesses in this region.
