TANGERANG — The Tangerang City Government has officially launched the Guaranteed Confidentiality Complaint System for Integrity (SAKTI) application to anticipate corrupt practices within the Tangerang City Government work environment.

The Tangerang City Inspector stated that the SAKTI application is a digital whistleblower channel that can be used by the general public to report alleged corrupt practices with guaranteed confidentiality of the reporter’s identity. The SAKTI application can be accessed easily as it is integrated as a new feature in the Super Apps Tangerang LIVE.

“We launched this application as an easily accessible channel for reporting corrupt practices. This application can be accessed by the general public with a guarantee of confidentiality for the reporter’s identity,” he said during the World Anti-Corruption Day commemoration in the Al Amanah room, Tangerang City Hall.

Therefore, he said, the public can use this application to report corrupt practices along with evidence. So that it can be followed up on immediately.

The Tangerang City Government also continues to encourage innovations to prevent corrupt practices in order to realize clean, transparent, and accountable government bureaucratic governance. This is proven by the achievement of the Tangerang City Government, which was recently crowned as the best regional government in corruption prevention by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in 2025.

“This application also complements the corruption prevention system within the Tangerang City Government environment, which is already running very well and successfully, so it is hoped that in the future this application can further strengthen the accountability of governance in all sectors,” he explained.

In addition, the Tangerang City Government hopes that the newly launched SAKTI application can be utilized to the fullest by the wider community to build an anti-corruption culture in Tangerang City.
