Tangerang’s Deputy Mayor Maryono Hasan has assured business owners and investors of favorable conditions for investing in Tangerang City.

Maryono emphasized that the local government is committed to ensuring ease, security, and comfort for businesses.

“For anyone investing in Tangerang City, we guarantee infrastructure, security, and convenience. Let’s invest here—this city is ideal for investment,” said Maryono after the groundbreaking ceremony for the third phase of the Duta Indah Starhub warehouse area in Benda District, Tangerang City.

Maryono stressed that collaboration between the government and the private sector is key to regional development. He highlighted modern infrastructure, reliable security, and streamlined permits as proof of the city’s commitment to supporting investors.

“Thank you for investing in Tangerang City. The private sector plays a crucial role in boosting the local economy and contributing to national progress,” he added.

He noted that Tangerang’s strategic location near Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is a major advantage.

“The airport is an international gateway. With well-connected air and land transportation, Tangerang is a sustainable city ready to compete globally,” he said.

Maryono also confirmed that permit processing in Tangerang has become faster and more efficient. “The city government, along with the DPRD and DPMPTSP, continues to develop regulations that simplify licensing, allowing investors to start operations quickly,” he explained.

Meanwhile, the CEO of Duta Indah Group, Ka Tjin, expressed gratitude for the Tangerang government’s support in advancing the Duta Indah Starhub warehouse development.

“The support has been incredible, and we are very thankful. Duta Indah Starhub’s location right next to the airport ensures efficient logistics and opens broader investment opportunities,” he said.

With a total land area of 30 hectares, Duta Indah Starhub is expected to become a strategic warehousing hub that drives Tangerang’s economic growth.
