The Social Services Office of Tangerang Regency has collected a total of 105 individuals experiencing social welfare problems in its area throughout 2025.
They include homeless people, beggars, street children, and street musicians.
“These 105 individuals are the result of six collection operations from January to December 2025. Most are homeless people and beggars.”
After being collected, the Social Services Office immediately provided guidance to these individuals. “We guide them so they don’t return to the streets, and we also search for their identities.”
If the identities of these individuals are successfully identified, the Social Services Office directly escorts them back to their families.
“Most are from Mauk, Kronjo, some from Serang and Tangerang City, and a few have been given business capital by the Ministry of Social Affairs.”
