The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees released new footage on Wednesday showing the severe devastation and destruction in the Gaza Strip.

This comes exactly two years since Israel launched its ongoing attack on the coastal enclave.

The footage, also shared on platform X, was captured from dashboard cameras of UNRWA vehicles operating in Gaza.

It shows widespread destruction of roads and residential areas resulting from continuous Israeli airstrikes.

One segment shows the body of a Palestinian civilian lying by the roadside.

Another clip shows a group of refugees, mostly women and children, walking with raised hands and carrying white cloth.

They are moving from one destroyed area to another.

The recording also includes radio conversations among UNRWA staff.

A worker is heard saying, “another school destroyed,” referring to the destruction of a UN-managed school.

Another segment shows Israeli soldiers firing warning shots near a UNRWA convoy attempting to pass through a road.

UNRWA states that many schools sheltering Palestinian refugees have been repeatedly bombarded, with numerous UN agency buildings destroyed since the beginning of Israel’s offensive.

The agency also confirmed that famine conditions exist in Gaza governorates, with at least 455 deaths from malnutrition.

Nearly all agricultural land in the region has been damaged and rendered unusable.

According to UNRWA, Israel has blocked humanitarian aid entry for over seven months, despite the agency’s readiness to supply sufficient food for Gaza’s entire population for three months.

UNRWA reiterated its call for Israel to lift the blockade on Gaza and allow entry of critically needed humanitarian aid for Palestinian civilians in the territory.
