Mobile Samsat

Good news for residents of Depok City and surrounding areas who want to take care of vehicle administration.

The Regional Revenue Management Center (P3DW) of Depok City is again offering the Mobile Samsat service throughout June 2026.

This mobile service is provided to offer convenience, speed, and comfort for taxpayers in renewing their annual Motor Vehicle Tax without having to queue for a long time at the main office.

For those who want to pay vehicle tax today, Wednesday, June 3, 2026, Mobile Samsat officers are ready to serve at the Tajurhalang District Office, Bogor Regency.

This service is open from 09:00 to 11:30 AM local time.

Weekly Schedule & Locations (June 2026)

The service operates every Monday to Saturday with the following location routes:

  • Monday: Bojonggede District (09:00 – 11:30 AM local time)
  • Tuesday: Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital (08:00/09:00 – 12:00 PM local time)
  • Wednesday: Tajurhalang District (09:00 – 11:30 AM local time)
  • Thursday: Flexible/adjustable schedule (Check best weekly location) (09:00 – 11:30 AM local time)
  • Friday: Tugu Urban Village (09:00 – 11:00 AM local time)
  • Saturday: Cipayung Urban Village (09:00 – 11:00 AM local time)

Required Documents to Bring

Before visiting the nearest Mobile Samsat outlet, make sure you have prepared the following complete documents (originals along with photocopies):

  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
  • Electronic ID card of the vehicle owner matching the data on the Vehicle Registration Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
  • Vehicle Ownership Book (Original & Photocopy)

Important Notes

The Mobile Samsat service only handles annual tax renewals, not license plate changes or five-year tax renewals.

Services for license plate changes or five-year tax renewals must still be done at the Main Samsat Office at Jalan Merdeka No.2, Mekar Jaya, Sukmajaya District, Depok City, or Samsat Cinere at Jalan Limo Raya No.60, Limo, Limo District, Depok City, West Java.
