According to the coach, the physical condition of the Persib Bandung squad has currently reached around 90 percent. He is optimistic that in the near future all Persib Bandung players can reach their maximum fitness level.

“For now we are at around 90 percent. Our target this week is to increase to 100 percent,” said the coach.

The coach emphasized that this improvement in condition is very important so that the Persib Bandung players are in their best performance when facing the nine remaining matches of the season.

Persib Bandung’s nearest match will begin with facing Semen Padang.

“We want to be in the best condition to face the nine remaining matches,” he said.

In addition to physical condition, the coach also highlighted the discipline of the Persib Bandung players in maintaining their weight during the holiday period. He confirmed there were no significant problems in that aspect.

“Regarding weight, everything is okay, no need to worry. We always remind them every week and the Persib Bandung players are professionals,” explained the coach.

He added that the Persib Bandung players show high awareness in maintaining their diet and fitness, so they remain in ideal condition even after a break.

“They pay attention to what they eat and everything looks good,” he said.
