A number of victims and vendors who claim to have suffered losses due to alleged breach of contract and/or fraud involving Darmawangsa Wedding Organizer officially reported the incident to the West Java Regional Police on Saturday (June 6, 2026).
The report was submitted by Sunsun Nugraha Tasdik, acting as a representative of the victims and also one of the parties claiming losses in the case. During the reporting, the complainant submitted a number of documents and transaction evidence allegedly related to the flow of funds and the chronology of the reported incident.
The reported party is Suci Citra Resmi, known as the owner of Darmawangsa Wedding Organizer. Based on data collected from the victims and vendors, the total reported losses are estimated at approximately Rp2.4 billion. These losses consist of consumer funds that have not been realized according to the agreement and payment obligations to several vendors that are allegedly still unresolved.
Sunsun Nugraha Tasdik stated that this reporting step was taken as an effort to obtain legal certainty and clarity on the issues experienced by the victims.
“We hope that the report we have submitted can be followed up immediately in accordance with applicable legal provisions. We also hope that this issue can find a resolution so that the rights of the victims and affected vendors can gain certainty,” he said.
The victims stated they are ready to cooperate with investigators and will provide all necessary information and documents to support further investigation and inquiry processes.
