A journey full of patience has finally paid off sweetly for Dedi Kusnandar. The senior midfielder was moved after successfully leading Persib Bandung to win three championship titles, including in the most recent season.

For Dedi Kusnandar, this achievement feels deeply emotional. As a native of West Java, he described his success with Persib Bandung as a moment that is hard to put into words.

“The feeling is touching and cannot be expressed in words. In previous years, I almost gave up, especially when some people underestimated me. Maybe this is the fruit of patience—staying with Persib Bandung, and I was given more, I asked for one but received even more,” he said.

The player synonymous with Persib Bandung’s midfield admitted he almost couldn’t believe he could achieve three stars with the club that is the pride of Bobotoh. He even considered leaving Persib Bandung when difficult situations came his way.

“I never even imagined it, I almost gave up, almost moved to another club, but I was given up to three stars, it’s incredible. A personal milestone for me,” he said.

Dedi Kusnandar’s journey to this point was not easy. He had to fight to recover after suffering a serious injury that made it difficult for him to return to his best form with Persib Bandung.

According to Dedi Kusnandar, the recovery process was a major challenge in his career. However, hard work and patience ultimately yielded sweet results by leading Persib Bandung to become champions again.

“There is definitely a process. Especially since I came back from injury, returning was not easy because it wasn’t a minor injury. But yes, through a fairly long process, I was blessed again,” Dedi Kusnandar revealed.

Now, the Persib Bandung midfielder feels his efforts have been fully rewarded. He considers the achievement of winning three titles with Persib Bandung as an extraordinary ending to his football career journey.
