Subsidized Housing Installments Could Be As Low As 600,000 IDR Per Month, Scheme Still Under Review
The Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas is currently studying the possibility of reducing subsidized housing installments to only IDR 600,000 per month.
This idea was expressed during an event at the Nobu Bank Lobby, Lippo Mall Nusantara, Jakarta, on Monday, June 16, 2025.
The plan is still in the exploration stage and it is not yet certain when it will be implemented. However, there is optimism that more affordable housing installments could be realized in the future.
