KOTA BEKASI – The People’s School program, initiated by the Central Government, has received support for implementation.
“The program is highly supported because efforts have been made to push the government to build new school units, but various obstacles have prevented the realization of these new schools,” said a local government official.
It is known that the People’s School in Kota Bekasi will be located at the Integrated Center Pangudi Luhur East Bekasi, which is an asset of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
According to the official, with the construction of new schools, there will no longer be a reason for schools to reject students due to full seat quotas.
“It has been proposed that every sub-district in Kota Bekasi should have a new public school. Fortunately, this means the government is creating the People’s School and preparing budgets and facilities as part of the mandatory 12-year education,” said the official
