After submitting the form, you will receive 3,000 rupees per month directly into your bank account under the Annapurna scheme.

To fill out the form, you must submit all details about yourself and your family. You need to state how many members are in your family. Each person’s educational qualifications and occupation must also be specified. You must indicate whether anyone is a government pension recipient. Additionally, you must disclose whether anyone pays income tax. It is worth noting that women who pay income tax cannot apply for the Annapurna scheme.

The Annapurna scheme form requires the Aadhaar card number of each person. However, if someone is under 5 years old, their Aadhaar card number is not required. All voter card-related information must be submitted. Additionally, PAN card and ration card details must be mentioned in the application form. Bank account information for each adult member, including the head of the family, must also be provided. Furthermore, the Annapurna scheme form requires you to specify vehicle-related information for yourself and each family member. If any family member has health insurance, that must be stated. Vaccination details of young family members must also be submitted. You must indicate whether they study in a government or private school. Providing the family’s annual income is also mandatory.

The state government has previously announced that CAA applicants will also receive the Annapurna scheme. This information must be mentioned in the form. You need to disclose whether the family receives any government benefits such as Kisan Credit Card, Artist Credit Card, Fisherman Credit Card, or Student Credit Card. It is also necessary to specify whether any direct financial benefits from government services have been deposited into the bank account. After reviewing all the information, 3,000 rupees will be deposited into the account each month under the Annapurna scheme.
