Hyderabad: A young man who came for a job interview died after accidentally falling from the third floor within the limits of the Chaderghat police station.

Police said that P. Venkat Babu (29), son of P. Durga Prasad, a resident of Petapalem village, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, had come to his uncle Dashrath’s house in Malakpet, Hyderabad, on January 5 for an interview at the Cognizant company. Yesterday evening, he returned home after the interview.

At 8:30 PM, he was coming down the stairs from the third floor. During this, he slipped and fell from the third floor. Seriously injured in the accident, Venkat Babu was taken to the hospital, where he died a short while later.
