Hyderabad, District In-charge Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and Minister Vivek Venkat Swamy, along with Mayor Viyalakshmi and other officials, are visiting the flood-affected areas of Krishnanagar in Yousufguda. They also visited Jubilee Hills and other areas to assess the situation.

Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, Vivek Venkat Swamy, and the Mayor inspected the problems caused by floods in Krishna Nagar along with GHMC Commissioner RV Karnan, Hydra Commissioner Ranganath, and Regional Commissioner Anurag Jayanti. They stated that the existing drains in Krishna Nagar are being developed under SNDP to prevent future flooding.

The ministers reviewed information about GHMC’s pending works in Krishna Nagar. They instructed officials to ensure that people do not face any problems and that cleaning maintenance is properly carried out. Both ministers later visited OU Colony in Shekhpet, part of the Jubilee Hills constituency.
