Dubai, showcasing a vibrant blend of culture and community spirit, a market in Dubai has created a spice rangoli that is being described as the ‘largest’ rangoli in the Gulf countries. The spice rangoli will be publicly displayed at Waterfront Market from October 8th to October 26th.
This massive rangoli, measuring six meters in length and six meters in width, was prepared using over 60 kilograms of various spices including cinnamon, turmeric, chili, coriander, and cloves. All these spices were sourced from Waterfront Market itself.
‘Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment’ (DFRE)
This unique artwork has filled the market courtyard with vibrant colors and fragrances. It was officially unveiled recently during a special ceremony as part of Diwali celebrations organized across the city by ‘Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment’ (DFRE). The event was attended by representatives from DFRE and the Indian Consulate. Organizers stated in a press release that the event demonstrated the spirit of unity, culture, and community.
