New Delhi: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) parliamentary party honored Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday for his government’s strong response to the Pahalgam terrorist attack under ‘Operation Sindoor’.

This is the second such meeting of the ruling coalition, led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), since the government was formed in June 2024 during parliamentary sessions. Senior leaders of the BJP and its allied parties honored PM Modi amid chants of ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. The government claims that after the April 22 Pahalgam attack, military strikes on terrorist bases in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Pakistan forced the neighboring country to its knees.
