On Friday, social media users claimed that Virat reportedly liked one of German influencer Lizzalazz’s pictures on Instagram.

German influencer Lizzalazz grabbed everyone’s attention in India on Friday when cricketer Virat Kohli allegedly liked her Instagram photos. In no time, Lizzalazz’s photoshoot went viral on social media and Virat’s reaction to it triggered a meme fest. Now, the content creator has also reacted to the social media attention.

In a recent interaction, Lizzalazz revealed that she had not noticed unless she read it in the news. “It was crazy because I woke up and then I was all over the news. I don’t even know when he liked the picture, I learnt through the news. So many people found the articles done on me on many different platforms and sent them to me in my DMs. I got so many messages today, people were super excited about it,” she said.

Lizzalazz further revealed that she first learnt about Virat Kohli on her trip to India last year. Back then, she shared that she started watching IPL and became a Royal Challengers Bangalore fan.

Further, asked about Kohli disliking her pictures, Lizzalazz added, “I felt a bit sorry for him actually! I was so happy that he liked it, but then him unliking it, I felt a bit bad for him because I don’t even know how it became such a big story. How did people notice, how did they make it news… that was probably not his intention behind it, but still I am grateful for it and I appreciate the support from him.”

Did Virat Kohli Like Lizzalazz’s Photos?

On Friday, social media users claimed that The ‘like’ once again sparked a discussion online, even though it remains unclear if Kohli liked it accidentally or if it is an algorithm glitch. Joking about it, one of the Reddit users wrote, “Anushka will be very upset.” Another user suggested Virat make another private Instagram account: “cheeku bhai private id bnalo..” A third user took a dig at Kohli and called it a “mistakenly registered interaction”.
