Near Badka Mod in the Drumdaganj police station area, a truck’s brakes failed, causing it to collide forcefully with a Bolero SUV traveling ahead. The Bolero was crushed between another truck in front and the truck behind, sparking a massive fire. The fire spread so quickly that the passengers inside the vehicle had no chance to escape and were burned alive.

Cause of the accident: Truck brake failure

This terrible accident happened near Badka Mod Khuman in the jurisdiction of the Drumdaganj police station, as the Bolero vehicle was going downhill. According to reports, the brakes of the truck traveling behind the Bolero suddenly failed. The uncontrolled truck hit the Bolero from behind with such force that the SUV was pushed forward and collided with another truck loaded with gravel.

Fire broke out in the Bolero

Immediately after being severely crushed between the two trucks, a fierce fire broke out in the Bolero. The fire spread so quickly that the passengers seated in the Bolero did not even get a chance to escape and all were burned alive inside the vehicle.

Police action underway

Upon receiving information about the accident, local police rushed to the scene immediately. The police have inspected the accident site, taken custody of the bodies, and started the process of identifying the victims. This heartbreaking incident has sent a wave of grief across the entire region.
