CBSE Class 12 Exam Sees Strong Student Performance; Many Students Secure Positions in City Merit List

Surat. GD Goenka International School has continued its streak of achievements by achieving a 100 percent result in the CBSE Class 12 board examinations this year as well.

The school has been delivering outstanding results for 13 consecutive years, and this time students recorded remarkable success across all three streams: Science, Commerce, and Humanities.

In the Science stream, Soham Borad secured first place in Surat city with 97.2 percent marks. He obtained 486 out of 500 marks. Five students from the school ranked in the city’s top 10.

A total of 59 students appeared in this stream, and six students achieved perfect scores in various subjects. Other high-achieving Science students include Unnati Jain with 96.2 percent, Tanay Sanghvi with 95.8 percent, Ridhi Kedia with 95.6 percent, and Pratham Tekariwal with 95.4 percent marks.

In the Commerce stream, Bhavya Jhunjhunwala secured second place in the city with 98.8 percent marks. She obtained 494 out of 500 marks. Six students from the school made it to the city’s merit list in Commerce.

Out of a total of 91 students, 16 students achieved 100 out of 100 marks in various subjects. In the Commerce stream, Niyati Tayal scored 98.6 percent, Ayush Goyal scored 98.4 percent, Chelsi Savlia and Kashvi Agarwal scored 97.2 percent, Jay Bhadani scored 97 percent, and Abhishek Jodhani scored 96.6 percent marks.

In the Humanities stream, Dhruvi Bharatbhai Vasara secured third place in Surat city with 96.2 percent marks. Two students appeared for the examination in this stream.

A total of 152 students from the school participated in the CBSE board examination. Among them, 58 students scored above 90 percent marks. Meanwhile, 50 students scored between 80 and 89 percent, 36 students between 70 and 79 percent, and 8 students between 60 and 69 percent. Eighteen students from the school achieved perfect scores a total of 22 times across different subjects.
