Hyderabad, The Chief Minister of Telangana, Anumula Revant Reddy, has called on the citizens of the state to work together to make the state the greenest, cleanest, and most environmentally conscious state on Earth.
On World Environment Day, he delivered a powerful message to the people of Telangana on environmental concerns, its protection, sensitivity towards nature, and responsibility via a social media platform. He appealed to the citizens to unite for the protection of nature and sustainable development. He stated that we must understand nature, respect its laws and limits, and strive to bring sustainability in every aspect of our lives—whether personal or public, individual or collective.
The Chief Minister stated that the Telangana government is fully committed to environmental protection. The government has enacted stringent regulations for environmental conservation. Efforts are being made to rejuvenate nature through tree planting. Recycling is being promoted to reuse materials and protect nature by adopting sustainable development goals.
