Delimitation: The political debate over delimitation has intensified. On Saturday, March 22, a meeting of the first Joint Action Committee (JAC) was convened in Tamil Nadu. The next meeting will take place in Hyderabad. The first JAC meeting in Tamil Nadu focused on the issue of proposed delimitation of Lok Sabha seats.
At the JAC meeting, it was stated that they are not against delimitation but support a fair process. During this, the support for forming an expert panel to prepare a political and legal action plan was endorsed.
