During ‘Operation Sindoor’, citizens from all corners of the country have sent emotionally charged letters to the Indian Army. These letters express the people’s unwavering support, deep respect, and gratitude towards the army. The letters not only commend the army’s courageous operations but also resonate with the national spirit, unity, and trust that the Indian citizens have towards the army.
The army officials say that reading these letters washes away all fatigue, making them feel supported by the entire nation. The letters include commitments from veterans, the enthusiasm of the youth, and emotional words written by the elderly. One letter reads, “You stand as a wall for us, we always pray for you.” Another states, “Your uniform is a symbol of our pride.”
It is noteworthy that on April 22, terrorists killed 26 unarmed and innocent tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Following this, the Indian Army launched ‘Operation Sindoor’, targeting terrorist bases inside Pakistan and in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
