The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah identified violations by 7 Umrah companies, related to the inadequacy of transportation services for pilgrims as agreed upon in the approved programs. This is part of the continuous efforts made by the ministry to enhance the quality of services provided to the pilgrims and visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque, and to monitor the execution of the contractual programs concluded with the Umrah companies and institutions, within the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at improving the experience of the guests of the merciful in all stages of their journey
