Visitation Restrictions Imposed on Forests in the Krasnodar Region

Krasnodar, June 11 – Restrictions have been imposed on the presence of citizens in forests in the Krasnodar region due to weather conditions to prevent the worsening of the forest fire situation and the occurrence of forest fires.

The regime restricting citizens’ presence in forest fund lands is in effect from June 12 to July 2.

Currently, the use of open fires, such as campfires, barbecues, and other sources, burning of garbage, stubble, logging residues, as well as conducting all types of fire-hazardous works, is prohibited on forest fund lands. The entry of vehicles is also restricted.

However, walking is allowed provided that fire safety regulations are strictly observed.
