“Merchants Bank Shanghai Branch Launches ‘Credit Record Care Day’ on June 14 to Protect Credit and Win the Future Together”

On June 14, the main venue promotional event for the 2025 “June 14 Credit Record Care Day,” hosted by the Shanghai headquarters of the People’s Bank of China, took place at Century Square. The event saw participation from numerous financial institutions in a large public welfare activity themed “Guarding Credit, Winning the Future.”

At the main venue in Century Square, a credit consulting booth was jointly set up by various financial institutions. The staff enthusiastically received public inquiries, offering clear and practical explanations around the interpretation of personal credit reports, the cultivation of good credit habits, and the protection of credit rights. The aim was to deepen the public’s understanding of the concept that “credit is wealth” and to popularize methods of maintaining good personal credit records.

On the same day, to extend credit services to the “last mile,” a credit promotion sub-event was meticulously organized in the Hunan Road neighborhood of Xuhui District. Staff members went deep into residential areas, distributing easy-to-understand brochures, answering questions in the context of everyday life, and specifically addressing common concerns of the community residents about personal credit information inquiries, dispute resolution processes, and prevention of “credit repair” scams.
