Currently, the legal representative of the involved company has been detained, and Shuozhou City has established an accident investigation team.
The incident occurred at an enterprise located in a mountain hollow over 40 kilometers from Shanyin County’s urban area. Dark yellow smoke was seen emanating from the site, and on-site response efforts are still ongoing.
