Due to work requirements, the funeral service center is recruiting 7 staff members. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

I. Application Conditions

(1) Applicants should meet the following basic conditions:

1. Support the leadership, abide by basic principles and various policies, have good conduct, and be passionate about the funeral industry;

2. Possess the physical condition and professional skills required for the position;

3. Hold the graduation certificate and degree certificate required for the recruitment position;

4. Recent graduates must provide a student ID, graduate employment recommendation form, and transcript (stamped by the academic affairs office);

5. Recent graduates must obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate corresponding to the highest degree by September 30, 2026;

6. Meet other qualifications required for the recruitment position.

(2) The following persons are not eligible for application:

1. Those who have been expelled from a party, youth league, or their school;

2. Those under major demerit or probation (within a party or school), or whose disciplinary period has not expired;

3. Those with criminal records;

4. Those subject to dishonesty penalties;

5. Those found guilty of fraud or serious violations of examination discipline in national legal exams or public recruitment exams;

6. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

II. Recruitment Positions and Requirements

The recruitment positions and requirements are detailed in Appendix 1.

III. Application and Qualification Review

(1) Application Method

1. The application deadline is 16:00 on May 13, 2026;

(2) Application Materials

1. The recruitment application form (Appendix 2);

2. Scanned copies of both sides of the personal ID card;

3. Scanned copies of obtained graduation and degree certificates, along with verification certificates (i.e., the academic certificate electronic registration record form);

4. Scanned copies of honor certificates, qualification certificates, technical titles, or other supporting materials reflecting personal abilities, as required by the position.

(3) Qualification Review

The center will review the electronic qualification materials submitted online. Applications submitted after the deadline, with incomplete materials, or not meeting requirements will not pass the review. The center will conduct preliminary screening based on factors such as the number of applicants per position and the match between applicants and the position. After determining the list of candidates eligible for interviews, the interview time will be notified via phone or text message.

If an applicant has a family relationship with any staff member of the center (including spouse, direct blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, or close in-laws), they must proactively disclose this when applying. Failure to report, if discovered, will result in disqualification.

(4) Notes

1. The qualification review runs throughout the entire recruitment process. Applicants must provide complete, true, and valid personal information and relevant certificates. Applicants must strictly abide by examination discipline. Any violation of policies, falsification, or disciplinary offenses will result in disqualification upon verification;

2. The ID information used for application and on-site attendance must be consistent;

3. Applicants must keep their contact numbers accessible and attend the interview on time with a valid ID at the designated location. Those who do not pass the qualification review and screening will not be further notified.
