According to Article 8 of the “Management Measures for Patent Application Pre-examination Filing Entities and Agency Institutions of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Center” and Item 1 of the application conditions in the “Notice on Carrying Out ‘Triple Pre-examination Services in Guangdong’ by the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Center”, to support Shenzhen entities in better enjoying the patent pre-examination services provided by the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Center, eligible Shenzhen entities may submit recommendation applications to the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration.
This service is processed by receiving paper materials offline. For specific submission materials and procedures, please refer to the “Application Guidelines for Recommending Patent Pre-examination Services of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Center (Trial)” (Attachment 1).
