All government agencies, organizations, enterprises, institutions, social groups, and caring individuals:
2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a crucial year for achieving the goals and tasks outlined in the “14th Five-Year Plan,” and a year for accelerating the implementation of the “Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project” in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City. Vigorously carrying out the 2024 “6·30” campaign to support rural revitalization in Luohu District, mobilizing the whole society to actively participate, is of great significance for assisting Luohu District’s paired-up areas—Longlin and Xilin in Guangxi, Lufeng City in Shanwei, and Chao’an District in Chaozhou—in consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements, effectively linking them with rural revitalization, promoting integrated urban-rural development, and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. As the 2024 “6·30” campaign to support rural revitalization approaches, we issue the following initiative to all sectors of society:
Let us jointly participate in the “6·30” campaign to support rural revitalization, concentrate our efforts, and work together to promote coordinated urban-rural regional development. Let us jointly create the “Shenzhen Model” for the “6·30” campaign to support rural revitalization, developing more high-quality demonstration projects. Let us extend a helping hand and offer our compassion, taking concrete actions to consolidate and expand poverty alleviation achievements, comprehensively advance rural revitalization, and make greater contributions to building beautiful and livable rural areas and promoting coordinated urban-rural development!
We will adhere to the principles of fairness, justice, and transparency, establish dedicated accounts and ledgers, centralize supervision, promptly disclose information on donated funds and goods and their management and use, and willingly accept oversight from audit agencies and all sectors of society. We will adhere to a results-oriented approach, pledging that all funds and goods raised through the campaign will be used entirely for consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and advancing all aspects of comprehensive rural revitalization. We will ensure strong service support, actively facilitate project matching, implementation, and follow-up work, issue receipts, strengthen recognition and incentives, and fully safeguard the outcomes of charitable efforts.
The sails are full and the wind is strong; the time for doing good is now. Let us join hands, gather the power of kindness, embark on the journey toward common prosperity, and devote ourselves to the grand cause of rural revitalization with a shared mission and responsibility, accelerating the “Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project” to promote coordinated urban-rural regional development. We believe that your warm and benevolent actions will become a vibrant and significant chapter in advancing comprehensive rural revitalization!
