On February 26th, the first event of Hunnan District’s “100 Roadshows, Empowering Innovation” series—the Information Technology Roadshow at Hunnan Science and Technology City—was successfully held. The event brought together over 40 industry professionals, including representatives from tech enterprises, key financial institutions, and investment firms, showcasing Hunnan District’s cutting-edge technological achievements and innovation potential in the field of next-generation information technology.
The event began with an insightful keynote speech on “Empowering the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements,” detailing the robust service capabilities of a national-level technology exchange platform. The platform has established a comprehensive service chain across five dimensions: achievement registration, technology transactions, sci-tech finance, innovation consulting, and regional collaboration. Core services include evaluation and pricing of technological achievements, intellectual property pledge financing, intelligent matching of technology supply and demand, and regional innovation ecosystem development. Leveraging big data, the platform offers precise sci-tech innovation data retrieval and analysis, a secure transaction system for intellectual property, and a patent price index based on real transaction data to address valuation challenges. By collaborating with banks and investment funds, it provides services like intellectual property securitization, optimizing regional technology transfer processes and boosting efficiency, thereby injecting strong momentum into Northeast China’s revitalization and supporting Hunnan District’s tech achievement transformation efforts.
During the roadshow, four distinctive projects were presented:
Liaoning Fayu Chip Technology Co., Ltd. – “Real-Time Monitoring Device for Electric Aircraft Drive Motors”
This project enables non-invasive real-time monitoring of electric aircraft drive motors, complying with DO160 airworthiness standards. The company aims to complete certification by 2025 and enter the military and civilian low-altitude economy markets, seeking 4 million yuan in funding to advance R&D.

Liaoning Zhongbiao Tansuo Technology Co., Ltd. – “Zero-Carbon City Integrated Solution”
The “Energy-Carbon Magic Cube” platform integrates AI and big data to optimize energy management, offering energy-saving retrofits and carbon sink development services. Already implemented in Liaoning, Guangdong, and Guangxi, its business model includes energy revenue sharing and carbon asset financing, with plans to expand into county-level markets.

Shenyang Weiren Technology Co., Ltd. – “Intelligent Data Asset Management Platform”
Built on a microservices architecture and big data technology, this platform serves as a data hub for the education sector, integrating AI-driven alerts and visual governance tools. It addresses data silos and delayed interventions in education, with deployments in smart campus scenarios. The company holds dozens of intellectual property rights and aims to expand to 200 institutions nationwide within three years, targeting 8 million yuan in revenue.

Liaoning Tongsheng Zhiyan Software Co., Ltd. – “Tongsheng Cloud Competition System”
This SaaS-based knowledge competition platform combines cultural tourism elements to create immersive AI-powered events, linking media and scenic spots for online-offline activities. The cloud competition platform is set to launch nationwide in 2025.
During the networking session, representatives from financial institutions and project teams engaged in in-depth discussions, covering technical advantages, market prospects, and business models. Several projects secured substantive financing intentions, providing strong momentum for their further development.

The successful event highlighted Hunnan District’s achievements in advancing next-generation information technology. By creating an efficient platform connecting technology providers, capital, and end-users, it facilitated precise matching and deep integration of scientific achievements with industrial capital, injecting new vitality into the district’s thriving IT sector.
