The municipal government has decided:
Comrade He Qing is appointed as the Director of the Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Safety Committee and the Leader of the Shanghai Municipal Quality Work Leading Group.
Comrade Chen Jie is relieved of the positions of Director of the Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Safety Committee and Leader of the Shanghai Municipal Quality Work Leading Group.
