Notice on the Proposed Recipients of the National “Two Excellences and One First” Awards
This year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The Party Central Committee has decided to commend a group of national outstanding Communist Party members, national outstanding Party workers, and national advanced grassroots Party organizations. Based on the recommendations made by the Party committees of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), relevant central departments (systems) Party committees (working committees and Party groups), and the Political Work Department of the Central Military Commission, and after careful review, selection, and deliberation, the proposed recipients for these awards have been determined.
To fully promote democracy, widely solicit opinions, and accept public oversight, the relevant information on the proposed recipients is now publicly announced. The publicity period is from June 1 to June 5, 2026. If there are any objections to the proposed recipients, please report them to the Central Organization Department’s Reporting Center during the publicity period. Reports can be made by phone, letter, or email. The postmark date on letters will be considered the date of receipt. Materials submitted in the name of a unit must be stamped with the unit’s official seal, while materials submitted in the name of an individual must be signed with the real name and include a contact phone number.
