Public records show that Ji Xunming, born in December 1970, is a neurosurgery expert. He is a member of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund. In 2023, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

In 2019, Ji Xunming became the Vice President of Capital Medical University. In March of this year, he was appointed as the Deputy Party Secretary and President of Capital Medical University, leading up to his current new role.
