On the 25th at noon, after attending the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in Urumqi, the General Secretary boarded a special flight to return to Beijing. In Urumqi city and at the airport, people from all ethnic groups in Xinjiang warmly saw off the General Secretary.
