Attention for catching flights! Today, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport issued an announcement stating that, starting from 00:00 on March 29, 2026, the check-in deadline for all domestic passenger departure flights at Shuangliu Airport will be shortened to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The full announcement is as follows:

Dear Passengers,

In recent years, Shuangliu Airport has closely focused on its development positioning of “premium, business-oriented, and express route,” deeply advancing the construction of the “Comfortable Airport” service brand, and is committed to providing passengers with a more efficient, convenient, and comfortable air travel experience. To further enhance passenger travel efficiency, starting from 00:00 on March 29, 2026, the check-in deadline for all domestic passenger departure flights at Shuangliu Airport will be shortened to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, further freeing up your valuable time and making travel more relaxed and convenient.

For passengers without checked baggage on Sichuan Airlines’ “Chengdu Shuangliu to Beijing Capital” departure flights, the traditional check-in deadline restriction remains canceled. You only need to arrive at the designated boarding gate before it closes (15 minutes before the scheduled departure time) to board smoothly.

For flights delayed or whose scheduled departure time is changed due to other special circumstances, the check-in deadline shall be based on the actual situation. If needed, you can call the Shuangliu Airport customer service hotline: 028-85205555 or the airline’s customer service number for details.
