Reading letters from the War of Resistance and visiting historical sites, what emotions did he experience as a Vietnamese-Chinese descendant? Ding Zhongyue is a young Vietnamese-Chinese teenager who grew up listening to his mother tell stories about the Chinese people’s resistance against Japan. On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, he visited the Museum of the War of Chinese People’s Resistance Against Japanese Aggression to learn about history and experience the bravery and fearlessness of the martyrs. Speaking about his visit, he emotionally said: “The happy life I have now as an international student would not be possible without the efforts of the revolutionary predecessors. This makes me appreciate the value of peace even more!”
