A Special Opening Ceremony
Nam Phu commune has 20 educational institutions, including 15 public schools (14/15 meet national standards, 10 schools achieve level 2), and 5 private classes. There are over 9,500 students in 286 classes. The staff, teachers, and employees number 741 people, with 100% of management staff meeting standards. Regarding facilities, there are 327 classrooms, and the equipment basically meets teaching and learning requirements.
On September 5, staff, teachers, employees, and students of schools in Nam Phu commune officially began the 2025-2026 school year. This is not only the start of a new academic year but also an occasion for every teacher and student to remind themselves of their responsibility and pride in contributing to the local education sector.
Following the directives of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the opening ceremony holds special significance as it is organized in combination with the 80th Anniversary of the Establishment of the National Education Department (now the Ministry of Education and Training) according to a unified script.
The Ministry requested People’s Committees of provinces and cities, and all educational institutions, to simultaneously organize the opening ceremony from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM on September 5, coinciding with the 80th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Education and Training Sector at the National Convention Center (Hanoi). Individual school activities (if any) should be concise and conclude before 8:00 AM. From 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, all delegates, staff, teachers, lecturers, students, and pupils will attend the general program of the Anniversary Ceremony.
