The body of a male baby was found in the Jakasampurna Village, West Bekasi District. The baby was found wrapped in plastic.
The incident occurred on Sunday. Initially, two residents smelled an unpleasant odor.
“The incident began when the first and second witnesses were walking past the crime scene. At around 4:00 PM local time, they then smelled an unpleasant odor coming from the direction of a family grave,”
Residents then tried to find the source of the unpleasant odor. At first, they thought the smell came from an animal carcass.
“However, after checking, it turned out to be the body of a male baby wrapped in plastic and covered with a blood-stained white cloth,”
Residents then reported the incident to the local neighborhood heads. Meanwhile, the baby boy’s body was taken to the Bekasi City Hospital.
“The victim was taken to the Bekasi City Hospital. The incident was reported to the West Bekasi Metro Police Station,”
