According to the National Medical Products Administration, China has approved 52 innovative medical device products this year, bringing the total number of approved innovative medical devices to 367 so far.
The National Medical Products Administration has introduced ten measures this year to strongly support key areas of new quality productive forces in medical devices, including medical robots, high-end medical imaging, AI medical devices, and new biomaterials. These efforts aim to fully support the research and innovation of high-end medical devices, encourage the global launch of high-level medical device products in China, and benefit global public health with more high-quality products.
