“The ocean nurtures life, connects the world, and promotes development.”

Since the 18th National Congress, significant attention has been paid to the development of our maritime affairs, with a series of important instructions and deployments made around the strategy of “strengthening maritime power”, emphasizing that “we must further care for, understand, and strategically manage the ocean” and that “one should study the ‘Classic of Mountains and Seas’”.
Strategically managing the ocean, aiming to strengthen maritime power. June 8th is the 17th “World Oceans Day”, let us together feel the “Ocean Sentiment” of our leaders, and further enhance our “maritime” efforts.
About: Classic of Mountains and Seas
The “Classic of Mountains and Seas” (山海經) is an ancient Chinese compilation of mythological texts, geographic descriptions, and folklore that dates back to before the Han Dynasty (206 BCE – 220 CE). This work is a collection of fantastical tales and detailed accounts of over 550 mountains and descriptions of mythical creatures and deities associated with various regions of ancient China.
