Depok – The Chairman of the Depok City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) congratulated Drs. Mangnguluang Mansur, M.Si on his official inauguration as the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Depok City on Wednesday (20/8/2025). The figure, familiarly known as Mr. Agung, was inaugurated in the Teratai Hall of Depok City Hall.

The congratulations were delivered through a personal social media account and in person while attending the inauguration. “This is an important position, a great trust as the Chairman of the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD). There will be a lot of collaboration with us at the Depok City DPRD in identifying problems, formulating policies, translating the vision, mission, and programs of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Depok, and resolving community issues in Depok City,” the Chairman stated.

The Chairman, also known by a familiar nickname, emphasized that the DPRD and the Depok City Regional Secretary are expected to synergize in optimizing resources and preparing priority development programs.

“We continue to hope to collaborate well, optimize all existing resources in Depok City, then also prioritize programs and explore all potentials, not only from the Regional Budget (APBD) but also from various stakeholders,” he explained.

He also added the importance of cross-regional and cross-governmental level collaboration for the benefit of the Depok community. “We can collaborate with the Central Government, the West Java Provincial Government, and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Let’s synergize all programs that can provide great benefits and goodness for the people of Depok City,” he concluded.

Depok City Hall

Depok City Hall is the administrative center of the local government for Depok, a city within the Jakarta metropolitan area in Indonesia. The city itself was officially established in 1999, having previously been a district of Bogor Regency, and its modern city hall complex was built to serve its new status. It functions as the primary seat for the mayor and the various municipal offices governing the city.

Teratai Hall

Teratai Hall is a traditional Javanese pavilion located within the Mangkunegaran Palace complex in Surakarta, Indonesia. Historically, it served as a venue for royal ceremonies, cultural performances like wayang kulit (shadow puppetry), and receptions for the Mangkunegaran court. Its architecture and continued use reflect the rich Javanese cultural heritage of the region.
