This reform focuses on the experience of food operators, revolves around food business licensing and business processes closely related to administrative approval links, and reduces burdens for enterprises through information technology means and process reengineering, stimulating market vitality.
This reform is the first practice of “enjoy without application” in the field of food business licensing, which is behind the transformation of government functions and the repositioning of digital empowerment.
Previously, after completing the change of a business license, enterprises had to submit an application for the change of the food business permit with the changed business license and application materials, a process that was cumbersome and time-consuming.
