Persita Tangerang officially appointed Carlos Pena as the new head coach to face the Liga 1 competition for the 2025/2026 season.
The coach from Spain has been contracted for one year with an extension option, as officially announced by the club management known as Pendekar Cisadane.
Carlos Pena, who is now 41 years old, brings extensive experience both as a player and a coach in European and Asian football scenes.
This appointment marks a new chapter in his coaching career after last managing Persija Jakarta in the Liga 1 Indonesia.
