Hyderabad: Heavy rains are expected to hit Hyderabad over the next two hours, with certain areas likely to receive 40-50 mm.

Heavy rains are already being reported from east Hyderabad, in areas such as Uppal, Nagole, LB Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, and Malkajgiri, and will soon cover Malakpet, Amberpet, Ramanthapur, Saroornagar, Saidabad, Osmania University, Musheerabad, and Himayatnagar.

Commuters have been advised to plan their travel accordingly and stay away from waterlogged areas.
