On June 1, Fan Defan, the District Party Committee Secretary of Luohu, visited Shenzhen Jingrun Pearl Holdings Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Jiuli Supply Chain Co., Ltd., two key enterprises in the district, to gain an in-depth understanding of their development and coordinate efforts to address their business needs.

At Shenzhen Jingrun Pearl Holdings Co., Ltd., Fan Defan and his team toured the product exhibition area and listened to detailed introductions about product research and development, market expansion, and other aspects. The company operates a full industrial chain from raw pearl material processing, research and development, production, sales, to cultural display. Its products span five major categories: jewelry, skincare products, pearl powder and health supplements, oral care, and maternal and infant products. It is China’s largest specialized company in the full pearl industry chain and the first in the sector to benefit from the Hainan Free Trade Port’s policy of processing value-added goods for domestic sales without tariffs.

Fan Defan pointed out that research and innovation are the core competitiveness of enterprises. Relevant departments should support innovative companies in developing within Luohu, collaborate with the Microsoft Shenzhen Overseas Service Center to build a bridge for enterprises to access international markets, and coordinate connections with high-end commercial complexes to help upgrade their brand presence.

Later, Fan Defan and his team visited Shenzhen Jiuli Supply Chain Co., Ltd. to understand the company’s current development status and inquire about difficulties and needs encountered during its growth. The company primarily provides comprehensive supply chain management services, designing and implementing supply chain solutions tailored to different customer needs, offering integrated and refined supply chain management services including solution design, procurement, distribution, inventory management, financial settlement, customs clearance logistics, and information system support.

Fan Defan emphasized the need to consistently uphold the principle that “serving enterprises is serving development,” proactively offer services, and precisely address needs. He called for establishing a regular enterprise visit and service mechanism, focusing on prominent issues raised by enterprises, and implementing concrete and effective measures to resolve them. He also stressed the importance of continuously improving surrounding infrastructure and public service facilities to create a more comfortable environment for enterprise development.
