The national unified college entrance examination for 2026 will be held from June 7 to 8. Due to different exam subject setups in some provinces (regions, municipalities), additional exam subjects are scheduled for June 9 and 10.
The Ministry of Education specially reminds all examinees:
First, understand and be familiar with the “Examinee Instructions” and strictly follow exam regulations. Prepare and bring necessary identification documents and essential exam tools in advance.
Second, carefully verify and confirm the exam time, location, and subjects. Pay timely attention to weather and traffic conditions during the exam period. Fully consider factors such as security checks at exam sites, scientifically plan travel times and routes, and allow sufficient time to reach the exam.
Third, take the exam with integrity. Do not bring mobile phones, smartwatches (wristbands), smart glasses, or any other wireless communication devices or prohibited items into the exam site (exam room). If brought, they must be stored in designated storage areas as required by the exam site, and strictly abide by exam room discipline.
Fourth, stay calm and take the exam with ease. Maintain composure and confidence, ease tension, plan studies scientifically, keep a regular schedule, eat a balanced diet, take precautions against heat, ensure good health and energy, and face the exam in the best possible state.
Before the exam, the Ministry of Education has made special arrangements with relevant departments, requiring all regions to prioritize examinees, continue the “College Entrance Exam Protection Campaign,” strengthen comprehensive support including security, travel, accommodation, hygiene, heat prevention, noise control, and psychological counseling, provide reasonable accommodations for eligible disabled examinees and other special needs groups, fully prepare for possible extreme weather, natural disasters, and other emergencies during the exam period, and ensure the exam is safe, stable, and runs smoothly in all aspects.
