RADARBANDUNG.id- The Branch Council (Kwarcab) of the Scout Movement (KBB) is ready to carry out the Stick Marching Skills Competition (LKBB) and Wide Game activities with the theme Laga Kaushala Pramuka.

The activity is planned to be held on June 14, 2026, at the Plaza Mekarsari area, Ngamprah, in celebration of the 19th anniversary.

The Chairperson of the Kwarcab Scout Movement, Ludi Awaludin, explained that this activity will be attended by Scout members in the categories of Elementary School Penggalang, Junior High School Penggalang, and Senior High School Penegak from Greater Bandung and surrounding areas.

“This is the first time we are organizing a scouting competition open to the public. God willing, it will become a routine agenda every two years,” he said on Friday (June 5, 2026).

He added that the activity, which coincides with the 19th anniversary, is a tangible form of synergy between the Scouts and the government.

“Scouts position themselves as an organization that can make positive contributions to the community and the government,” he said.

“At the very least, the Scout children who attend the competition event can learn about the history of KBB’s formation. And of course, they will have pride in their region,” he added.

He further stated that the competition is a platform to measure their understanding of LKBB and knowledge about their surrounding environment.

Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the LKBB and Wide Game Organizing Committee, Acep Agus Janjani, said that the LKBB and Wide Game competition awards the rotating Regent’s Trophy and several other trophies.

“Hopefully, through this event, the spirit of Scout members to contribute in the midst of society will be increasingly awakened,” he said.
