Recently, the State Council issued the “Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization during the 15th Five-Year Plan,” which identifies “improving comprehensive agricultural production capacity and quality efficiency” as the primary task for agricultural and rural modernization during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. How should we view the importance of this task? What key work should be done this year to ensure both agricultural output and quality, and to get off to a good start for the whole year?
