The first volume of “Chronicles of Governance in the New Era” in Russian was released on June 3 in St. Petersburg, Russia, during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Over 100 representatives from media, think tanks, and government institutions in China, Russia, and other countries attended the launch. The book was unveiled by the heads of Xinhua News Agency and TASS, along with the Chinese Consul General in St. Petersburg.
Guests at the event noted that “Chronicles of Governance in the New Era” is a journalistic record of China’s great governance practices and outstanding achievements in the new era. The Russian edition presents a comprehensive overview of China’s journey of overcoming challenges and striving for progress, using detailed cases, an objective perspective, and systematic exposition. It offers an authoritative and vivid reference for Russian readers to understand China’s development and effective governance, serving as a solid bridge for deeper ideological and cultural exchanges between China and Russia.
The first volume of “Chronicles of Governance in the New Era” was compiled by Xinhua News Agency and published by Xinhua Publishing House, distributed both domestically and internationally. It has been published in Chinese, English, Arabic, and Russian versions.
